We focus on high-quality personalized gifts. Refunds aren't encouraged, but replacements are possible in the following cases:

  • Incorrect personalization (e.g. wrong name, spelling mistake)

Non-Replaceable Items

  • Perfectly personalized products
  • Items damaged not by us
  • Requests after 24 hours of delivery

Replacement Process

  1. 📦 Unboxing video (full, from start)
  2. 📩 Email within 24 hours with order ID and issue
  3. ✅ We'll verify and approve if valid
  4. 🔄 Replacement sent at no extra cost
